I think this is a very valuable approach and others I spoke to who attended the presentation at TESOL Arabia were also impressed. However it is likely to be more popular with teachers than with institutions because it is more ‘dangerous’ and raw than the neatly packaged product that the QA auditors (and control freaks) feel comfortable with.
